  • Restraining Orders

  • Documents out of time for substitute service

  • Subpoenas with less than 10 days prior to hearing or deposition date

  • Services at a specific date and/or time

  • Any document under the courts statutory time limits

Routine Service $100.00

First attempt within 3 to 5 days, subsequent attempts every 3 to 5 days at a single valid address. Up to 6 attempts at a single valid address.

First attempt within 24 hours, subsequent attempts daily, usually up to 6 attempts at a single valid address.

Rush Service $150.00

Summons / Complaint, Small Claims

Routine Service $125.00

First Attempt within 3 to 5 days, subsequent attempts every 3 to 5 days at a single valid address.

First attempt within 24 hours, subsequent attempts daily, usually up to 6 attempts at a single valid address.

Stakeout: $75/hr, (minimum 2 hours)

Rush Service $175.00

All eviction process documentation is prepared in accordance with owner's or Property Manager's instructions. Special attention should be paid to just cause city ordinances before an unlawful detainer is started. (Oakland, Hayward, Berkeley, San Francisco, etc.)  We are not attorneys and we don't give legal advice.
